Quality Assurance
An ISO 9000-2000 certified organization by QSI and now it is going to be recertified by world renowned certification body in the area of Mining and Drilling .
A team of experienced professional personnel are working together to develop a consistent quality support for each product and updating the system with various quality Tools.
Update of quality system through various internal Audits and Surveillance audits is constantly maintained for continual development along with the support of Standard Room where all the built-up gauges are being calibrated and compared for its correctness towards application point of view.
Quality Control
We are equipped with professionally trained inspection team to carry out the Stage Inspection at Vendor’s end, in-house production, Process Validation and Routine Inspection for all components and finally Inspection before Dispatch through DOC audit. Final Inspections are being carried out as per Inspection Plan duly controlled by the authority.
We are trying to control the process more firmly so that a consistent quality is developed without 100% inspection.
A wide range of instruments and various type standard & customized gauges are available to cover the entire scope of manufacturing.
Testing & Validation
MDS has setup its own Testing facilities for its complete sub assembly & Assembly in line with the required standards. It validates all the assemblies uniquely through a standard Testing Rig being set and Run with the standard Parameters.
Each machine has its own unique number by which it can detect the Machine assembly period and date which in turn reveal the traceability of all components for taking certain decision in the eventuality of failure.
