MDS PNEUMATIC TOOLS (P) LTD has setup the Product Engineering cell with potential Engineers having the knowledge of PPAP, APQP and PFMEA in order to support the development process more consistently and in a right time. To augment this support MDS has developed a team who are constantly working to review the constraints of process and refining the same through PFMEA along with many other SPC Tools as applicable. So far MDS has started this exercise for few components to fool proof the system and It is hopeful that it will develop all the components through this system so that it can reach the Global demand with respect to Cost, Quality and Time. MDS can analyse the product requirement through solid Modelling where the product interface could be well conceptualized and can take the decision of problematic zones for proper measure which are to be taken specifically for right decisions. |
